Lost Inheritance Letter

Sep 30 1895
16 Garnon St
Carnarvon North Wales
(currently Caernarfon?)

Mrs Sarah Waylett
I have been in Carnarvon nearly two months and I have been trying to finde some one here thats aquainted in Rhyl or Abergale to finde out about the money affairs that you told me.  Last week I found a man in Carnarvon that's related to Mr Hugh Jenkins, Bedford Cottage.  His name is Thomas Price, a nephew to Mr Jenkins.  He told me that your mother-in-law Mrs Jenkins is dead for a long time and he told me that they appointed a administrator on the property and that he used some of the money and got Bankrupt after and he told me that lots of the property is with Mr William Waylett's sister.  that she as kept all for herself and her lawyer there is none of Jenkins thats had any yet.  This Thomas Price as been expecting some of the money. [p2]  William Waylett's sister is trying to make every body believe that you as family are all dead.  This Thomas Price tells me that the best way for you would be to come here and go on to them on a sudden without knowing to them.  I have been to
see this Thomas Price twice now.  He told me that there is much property with your Sister-in-Law yet.
I have fullfilled my promise to you.  I cannot do nothing more now as I think its better to keep it quiet until you rush on to them.  I think it would pay you to make a visit here.  I have told you all I have learned about it therefore you can use your own judgement.  I will remain in Carnarvon for about two months yet but I am not sure of it for we are liable to be called to some other place.
Evan Jones wishes to be remembered to you.
Yours respectfully

Wm T Griffiths

I don't know what happened after this last note.
